Katie Best
Katie Best holds a PhD in management, strategy and leadership from King’s College London Business School, where she continues as a visiting research fellow. In addition to her research, she heads up the London School of Economics’ MBA Essentials programme, teaching 2,000+ students per year, and runs her own leadership coaching and consultancy practice, KatieBest Associates, where her clients include KPMG, EY, Barclays, LSE, Verizon, V&A, Oxfam and NHS among many others. Alongside all of this, Best writes the popular ‘Dear Katie’ newsletter, in which she solves real leadership problems submitted by her readers.
Dr Best is currently at work on a book titled Lifelong Leader: How to Solve the Ten Messiest Leadership Problems, and Every Problem After, with Research-Driven Tools, to be published in 2025 by PublicAffairs (World English).
