Harold Gouzoules
Harold Gouzoules is a professor in the Department of Psychology at Emory University. An expert on animal behaviour and evolution, especially vocal communication in primates, he has published in a variety of scholarly journals, written popular pieces for Psychology Today, and made many media appearances, including on NPR’s ‘Science Friday’ with Ira Flatow.
Dr Gouzoules is currently at work, with co-author Alexander Gouzoules, on a book titled The Hundred Years’ Trial: The Scopes ‘Monkey Trial’ and the Continuing Battle of Science, Religion and Law, to be published in 2025 by Johns Hopkins University Press (World English).
