Dean Buonomano
Dean Buonomano is a professor of neurobiology and psychology at the University of California, Los Angeles, and a leading theorist on the neuroscience of time. He has published in top journals such as Science, Nature Neuroscience and Neuron and has given talks at Google, the World Science Festival and other prominent venues. His work has been featured in publications such as Discover, Newsweek, Scientific American and The New Yorker and he has appeared on many television and radio programmes and podcasts. He is the author of Brain Bugs (Norton, 2011) and Your Brain is a Time Machine (Norton, 2017).
Buonomano is currently at work on a book titled Two Black Boxes: The Future of Natural and Artificial Intelligence, to be published in 2028 by Norton (World English).
