Mark Henry

Mark Henry is a social scientist, author, keynote speaker and regular media contributor. He works at Technological University Dublin’s Culture and Society Research Hub, where his focus is on national well-being and how to achieve it. His first book, the bestselling IN FACT: An Optimist’s Guide to Ireland at 100 (Gill Books, 2021), was an Irish Times ‘Book of the Year’. He holds a doctorate in history and master’s degrees in psychology and business. He is a member of the International Society for Quality-of-Life Studies and the Wellbeing Economy Alliance. He lives with his family in Dublin, Ireland.

Mark is currently working on his debut book titled How to Make a Happy Country, to be published in 2028 by Bloomsbury UK (World English)
